With over 30 years of executive leadership, Marc brings expertise in operational leadership, systems optimization to the healthcare sector, drawing from a proven track record in business transformation and innovation. In addition, he serves on the Board of Directors for several non-profit organizations.

During her time as CEO, Freda led the company’s remarkable growth, expanding its reach to support over 850 facilities nationwide. With expertise in long-term care, her leadership continues to drive change.
